Living Salads are available either as mixed baby leaves or single variety packs, such as Wild Rocket, Watercress and Lambs Lettuce. The Mixed packs may contain a selection of the following leaves.
Living Salads are available as conventional or organic products.

TATSOI - A true brassica, tatsoi is a form of Chinese flat cabbage. Lustrous dark green leaves have a delicate mustard flavour with a crunchy but succulent and juicy stalk. In the same family as Pak Choi, this Asian green is also delicious sautéed with a little sesame oil or slightly wilted in stir fries.

GOLDEN STREAKS has pale green/golden delicate feathery leaves with a mellow mustard flavour.

RED CHARD - a member of the Swiss Chard family. The name chard actually refers to the broad middle stalks and the side ribs rather than the leafy part of the plant. Ideal for brightening up salads, red chard has a distinct flavour and, when young, can be treated like spinach and eaten raw or cooked.

RED MUSTARD – this dark reddish-purple leaf has a strong, spicy flavour that adds life to salads. Can be enjoyed fresh or braised.

RED FRILLS - pretty, delicate looking variety which has dark red, indented, narrow leaves with a medium, strong mustard flavour and good texture. Adds real interest and taste.

ROCKET - very versatile and great served cold in salads, wilted in pasta or on top of a pizza. Also known as arugula, ruccola and roquette, this thin spiky leaf has a strong peppery flavour and has long had a role in Italian cookery.

RED AND GREEN PAK CHOI - can only be used in salad as a small leaf and has a slightly peppery flavour.
